Uncle Takagi

1931
Ceramic
Takagi, a brother of my father, had been adopted into his wife’s family. He befriended me and gave me a new house he had built in Odenma Shio-cho in the Nihonbashi district of Tokyo. The portrait I did of him was by way of thanks.
