    Join the Long Island City Cultural Alliance (LICCA) for an Art Stroll featuring guided tours of Socrates Sculpture Park, including the special exhibition Nari Ward: G.O.A.T., again; and a history tour of The Noguchi Museum and the special exhibition Solid Doubts: Robert Stadler at The Noguchi Museum. The tour will be followed by a reception at The Noguchi Museum.

    2017 marks the 75th anniversary of Executive Order 9066, the wartime directive that authorized the incarceration of over 120,000 Japanese Americans in the western United States. As a resident of New York, Isamu Noguchi wasn’t subject to internment, but he chose to enter the Poston War Relocation Center with hopes of contributing something positive to the community.
